Training

Welcome to our accredited remuneration training programmes. Our programmes are accredited by SARA, and CPD points are awarded for all completed courses.

Our training solutions are designed to maximise the growth of every individual who attends. Our first two courses focus on Job Description Writing and Paterson Job Evaluation training, as these skills are globally recognised as the fundamental skills for any remuneration professional.

Job descriptions together with a job worth hierarchy (derived from job grading) form the framework for pay structures in an organisation. One can think of these as the spine which supports the organisation structure.

These training programmes will enable organisations to comply with the legislation on “equal pay for work of equal value”, as accurate and well written job descriptions and correct job grading are essential tools required to ensure compliance. The job description provides the input into determining the value of the job whilst the job evaluation process enables an organisation to position jobs relative to one another within the organisation based on value.

Our training facilitator, is an expert in both the writing of job descriptions and job evaluation and has many years’ experience consulting to a large range of companies in different industries. Our trainer is a seasoned professional and has facilitated many training sessions

Our specialist training company, KMAT (Khokhela Maletchaba Advisory and Training) is a joint venture between Khokhela Consulting and Maletchaba Human Capital. KMAT is a BEE level 2 company.
